Our law firm was founded in 1998, combining our experience and knowledge in construction lien law, real estate, land use and environmental law, commercial transactions and commercial litigation. This experience and knowledge allows our lawyers to provide aggressive and exceptional representation to our clients who range from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Focusing in the Florida Construction Lien Law, our firm provides statewide representation to material suppliers in the construction industry. Our vast experience handling construction lien issues and public bond (255.05) issues has enabled us to successfully try construction cases all over the State. Our attorneys are frequently invited by trade organizations to speak on the areas of construction lien law and collections and our firm is a member of the National Association of Credit Managers (NACM) and the Credit and Financial Development Division (CFDD).
Our Real Estate Department has attorneys and legal assistants/paralegals that are dedicated to handle all of our clients’ real estate needs. We provide title insurance, closing services and representation from contract to closing on large commercial transactions, as well as residential transactions. In addition, this department handles commercial mergers, acquisitions, purchases and sale of businesses, including government permitting and land use planning. Having experience in both large and small mergers and acquisitions, our firm represents corporations, developers, mortgage lenders, auction houses, and banking institutions. In addition, we have a wide range of experience in the representation of shopping centers, from development to drafting leases, and are members of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
